Data collected and purposes
Your requests (forms, email, phone)
When you contact us — contact form, AI assessment, request for a document from the Resources section, email or phone call — we process your name, email address, organization, phone number if provided, the content of your message and, where applicable, the document requested. Purpose: to answer your request and handle the commercial follow-up. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and legitimate interest.
Appointments via Calendly
Appointments are booked on the Calendly website (Calendly LLC, United States), which a link takes you to. Calendly processes your data in accordance with its privacy policy; JNS-IA receives the information entered in the booking form.
Business-to-business outreach
JNS-IA contacts companies and organizations likely to be interested in its services. If we wrote to you without you having contacted us first, your data comes from one of these sources:
- information published by your organization: website, job postings, press releases, professional publications;
- public directories and registers (for example, the official catalogs of training providers);
- providers of B2B professional databases.
Data concerned: organization name, industry, size, name, job title, work email address and phone number, as well as the public information that prompted the contact (a job posting, an announcement). We do not process any sensitive data. Purpose: to offer you, by email, services related to your professional activity. Legal basis: JNS-IA's legitimate interest in prospecting professionals, in line with the recommendations of the CNIL (the French data protection authority).
You can object at any time, without giving a reason: reply “stop” to any of our messages or write to nathan@jns-ia.com. Your organization and your address are then added to an opt-out list, checked before any new send and at every data import, so that no later file can bring you back in.
Records are given an internal priority score, used only to order our work. No decision producing legal effects or significantly affecting individuals results from it.
Browsing the site
This site sets no advertising, analytics or tracking cookies. Audience measurement relies on Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which work without cookies and only produce aggregated statistics (page views, country, device type, load time). Our hosting provider processes IP addresses for network security and proper operation.
The site keeps in your browser (local storage) the draft of a form in progress and the fact that you closed a banner. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us, and is erased along with your browser data.
Retention period
- Requests and prospects: 3 years from the last exchange, then deleted or anonymized.
- Clients: for the duration of the contractual relationship, then 5 years (civil statute of limitations); accounting records 10 years, as required by law.
- Opt-out list: for as long as needed to honor your refusal — it is what prevents us from contacting you again.
- Hosting provider technical logs: for the period set by the provider.
Recipients
Your data is neither sold nor rented. It is processed by Nathan Amar and, solely for their assignment, by our service providers: website and database hosting, email, sales management, appointment booking and AI tools. It may also be disclosed to the authorities where the law requires it.
Some providers are established outside the European Union, mainly in the United States. These transfers are governed by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Access: to know whether we process your data, which data, and where it comes from;
- Rectification: to correct inaccurate or incomplete data;
- Erasure: to have your data deleted in the cases provided for by law;
- Restriction: to suspend the use of your data in certain cases;
- Portability: to receive the data you provided to us in a structured format;
- Objection: to object at any time, without having to give a reason, to commercial outreach;
- Post-mortem instructions: to set out what happens to your data after your death.
To exercise them, write to nathan@jns-ia.com. We respond within one month. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL.
